To register:
- Download the flier
- Fill in the information in the bottom portion of the first page
(Yes! You can fill it in on your computer.) - Print the first page
- Write a check to PCDC for the total number of dancers
($35 per person if postmarked by October 15th;
$45 per person if postmarked after October 15th) - Mail the check and printed page to
