Dancing
At the Ball, most dances will be very briefly walked through to remind dancers of the patterns. Prompting will be minimal. Two dances will not be taught or prompted; these dances are indicated on the dance list and in the Ball Booklet you will receive after you register. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the dances on the program, attend the English Country Dances in your communities and ask your dance leaders to include the ball dances in their dance programs.
Volunteering
We would love to have your help with the many small and easy tasks required to make this ball a success, such as providing housing for out-of-town guests, helping set up the hall, packing things away after the Ball, or helping at the Sunday brunch. Please contact Dinah O'Farrell to ask how you can help.

Hospitality

If you have changed your mind since you registered and can now either provide overnight hospitality for out-of-town dancers or if you need overnight hospitality, email Bernice Rust.
